Howard, Solochek & Weber, S.C. (HS&W) was established in 1961. Since that time, our emphasis has been in representing clients in creditors’-rights cases.

HS&W represents corporate clients in commercial transactions including litigation; negotiation and drafting of contracts; consultation and advice regarding Articles 2, 3 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code; general creditor-rights issues; bankruptcy and insolvency matters; drafting and negotiation of commercial loan transactions; drafting and negotiation of asset sale transactions; and commercial collections.

Attorney Jason Pilmaier also brings his civil litigation experience to his mediation and alternative dispute resolution practice. Jason is certified in family law mediation and works diligently to assist parties resolve issues in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
