Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution

The vast majority of disputes result in settlement prior to trial. Jason Pilmaier works with parties to create their own solution to the issues they face. His goal is that the parties stay in control of the process, resolving their issues prior to incurring the costs and uncertainty of the court process. Jason hopes that mediation will facilitate a cooperative process for couples to resolve the many issues facing them as they move through the process of divorce/separation and to develop strategies to resolve issues in the future.
